Odprti horizonti: JUTRO S HUMANISTI OB KNJIGAH IN FILMU
Open Horizons Humanities Festival is dedicated to the development of critical thought, the promotion of the humanities and the discussion of topical social issues. The premiere edition of the festival will highlight the humanities as a platform for observation, reflection and social action, and will be held under the title Humanities Cabaret.
On a quiet Saturday morning, we will reflect on the proceedings and results of Friday's Humanist Cabaret and chat with this year's festival guests, Tomaž Grušovnik, Kristina Kočan, Borut Marolt, Dijana Matković and Matjaž Ivanišin, about the books that have decisively shaped their worldview.
The discussion will be moderated by Igor Černe.
The morning gathering will end with a screening of Matjaž Ivanišin's film Playing Men as an artistic commentary on the festival's theme.
