Aleš Berger, an acclaimed writer, translator, and editor, recipient of the Prešeren Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2017, The Sovre Award in 1983, The Prešeren Fund Award in 1987, The Rožanec Award in 1998, The Schwentner Award in 2000, and numerous other accolades, will present his latest poetry collection titled Navsezadnje. In this exceptional collection, Berger adeptly delves into the nuances of everyday life, dreams, stories, and questions that resonate with each of us. The discussion will also traverse his compelling short stories, thought-provoking essays, and his extensive contributions as a translator, literary critic, and editor.
